"Binaural Bees" is the first in the series. Comprising 13 tracks, each of 6 minutes duration. The tracks all have a 1 minute fade in and a 1 minute fade out so as to ease you in and out of the meditation. It is suggested that you turn the volume down to a low level, to avoid damaging your ears, headphones, or speakers. When you are happy with the levels, only then can you experiment with higher volumes.
